Of course, in a traditional application and website, you would put the web pages in the root
and in other places that made sense.

However, if you are going to be using the global HttpHandlerFactory model, then it's a lot 
easier to keep your pages here and let and HttpHandler do all the rewriting for you.

So, this Page folder is rather worthless in MOST of today's applications, but keep this 
concept in mind if you ever having problems with your HttpHandlers getting a bit overzealous.
